For the swimmer that is not quite ready for the commitment and intensity of club team training, we offer a Pre-Team program which teaches proper mechanics for all four competitive strokes, starts, and turns. Whether the goal is to get ready for summer rec swimming, to prepare for the club team experience, or to just fine tune one’s skills, swimmers will meet twice a week to work with one of our...
