Hello swim families, We have a few financial items to update you on. Travel Expense Claims Our 2024-25 swim season has now wrapped up, and we are working to reconcile accounts. For families with a fundraising bank who are eligible to submit travel claims, please check for an email from “Polar Bear” ([email protected]). Good morning swim families, Season Close-out swim (May 16th 4-6:30pm) Tomorrow, Friday, May 16th marks the end of our regular swim season. All swimmers are invited - along with parents and siblings - to a celebratory fun swim from 4-6:30pm. The Club will have the full 8-length pool (no lanes) and there will be shared access to the rest of the pool amenities (read: waterslide!). Hello All, thank you so much to the parents/caregivers who answered Kirsten Berg's call for timekeeping volunteers. Please know that your time and support make a difference to the swimmers and the club overall. Swim meets do not happen without parents/caregivers. If there are not enough timekeeping volunteers, scheduled swim meets such as this will be cancelled. When swim meets do not happen, your swimmers may not/cannot meet qualifying times to attend southern competitions, Canada Summer Games, provincials, nationals and even Olympic Trials competitions.
