Nov 22-23, 2008 (Walnut Creek Meet) About 30 CDST swimmers participated in last weekend swim meet and swam to outstanding times. Oct 11, 12, 2008 The 2008-2009 swim season started off with CDST participating in a Swim Meet at Chabot College last weekend. Over 35 CDST swimmers participated in the first meet of the season and swam to outstanding times. All our CDST swimmers should be arriving at Chabot pool at 8am for check in and warm up. Coach Wang will be at the meet for both days, (whole day on Sunday, 8am - 2pm for Saturday) and coach Rob will be there as well on Sunday. Let your coach know after you arriving the pool, and coach will let you know what to do for warm up and how to check in if this is the first swim meet for you. Go CDST!
Team practice starts this Monday 9/29 at our new indoor swimming facility. Following is the practice time for each groups: Platinum: 4-5:30pm (Mon, Tue, Wed & Thur) plus Saturday from 8-10am Gold (A): 5:30pm - 6:30pm (Mon, Tue, Wed & Thur) plus Saturday from 10-11:30am. Gold (B): 6:30pm - 7:30pm (Mon, Tue, Wed & Thur) plus Saturday from 10-11:30am.
