EBA - CDST site had a great time at the winter championship meets, 70th Husky Invitational and Junior Olympic last weekend. 70th Husky Invitational Swim Meet - Federal Way, WA This swim meet is a traditional winter senior-level travel meet for CDST and other EBA sites. Husky Invitational is a well-known swimming invitational meet in national wide. It's open to all FINA Federations, USA Swimming clubs, and Collegiate Swimming Teams. CDST had a great and long four days meet at 2018 Summer Long Course Far Western Championships at Moraga, CA. EBA scored 44 points and placed No.32 our of 71 teams. Edward Huang contributed 14 points from his individual finals. Following CDST Swimmers made the FW Finals: Angela D' Amelio 1500 Free - 6th Edward Huang 50 Back - 4th 100 Back - 4th 200 Back - 4th Daniel Huang 100 Fly - 8th EBA had 22 relay teams for all relay events. Elite/Senior Group had a great time at the 2018 CDST Senior Graduation Dinner on Thursday, July 12th. CDST has 5 senior graduates this year. Andrew Nguyen and Alex Zhou have joined the team when CDST established in 2008. They are the two longest members on CDST. We are sending them best wishes for their new life chapter in college. Great job for CDST swimmers at Junior Olympic last weekend! All of them went to the finals! Angela D'Amelio finished 7th in 200 Free final. Ryin Ruaboro got 2nd place in 500 Free, 5th in 100 Free. Alex Toryjan placed 8th in his 50 Butterfly. Way to go! Looking forward to seeing great swimming in coming Spring Short Course Far Western Championships!
