April 1: Registration will open up to everyone, both new and returning members. We will continue to accept membership registrations until capacity is reached.

Note: Last year we reached membership capacity on April 1!

Membership Fees

Just as rising prices have increased your household expenses, High Point Swim Club is facing higher operating costs for utilites, repairs, and wages.

While there has not been an increase since 2023, we needed to increase the membership fees for 2026 in order to cover rising costs and to be competitive in the Madison area pool labor market. This is a must to maintain an awesome staff that is trained to keep us safe and happy!

The 2026 Membership Fees are posted on our website.

Parents of 2025 HP Staff

We are beginning to plan our summer staffing. Please ask your child if they completed the survey about their work intentions for this summer. We need the 2026 Staff Survey completed by March 1.

Lifeguard Certification Reminders:

1 .Check the expiration dates on lifeguarding and CPR certification cards. If the card(s) expire before September 15, 2026 your child will be required to complete a recertification class.

2. Note: The State of Wisconsin has a new law that requires lifeguards to complete a CPR recertification course every year! The two-year cards issued by the American Red Cross/American Heart Association are NOT valid for lifeguard positions.

Send questions about staff positions to Robin Hartung at [email protected]

Note from Dan the MANager

The warmup will start soon, the thaw will begin, and the speedos will come out of storage. Good Times.

I am beginning the process of hiring new staff, hopefully all pool members. Click on THIS LINK to find the 2026 job application. Instructions for sending the completed applications to me can be found on the application.

Current employees do not have to fill out an application. Simply complete the 2026 Staff Survey with your intentions.

Well, see you soon. Until then, stay out of the deep end (until May 22). For no other reason than, it is really cold right now.

- Dan the Manager

Feedback Wanted!

High Point Swim Club is committed to continuously improving its facilities to ensure an excellent experience for all members. Many of you have shared that the women’s bathroom is an area that needs attention. The HPSC board is asking for your input as we attempt to thoughtfully balance short-term “quick wins” that could improve the experience this season with longer-term renovation plans that may take more time and investment.

Your feedback is essential in helping us prioritize what matters most to our members. This short survey will help guide both near-term improvements and future decisions. Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your perspective and help us make the best choices for the club.

Please complete this short survey, if you have not already done so.
