Meet Jobs: Responsibilities

All families are required to work meet jobs during the 2025 dual-meet season. Jobs are first-come, first-served. Jobs can be worked in any combination (four jobs at one meet, one job at four meets, etc.). Each family is required to work four jobs during the dual-meet season.

Once you have signed up for a job, it is your responsibility to work the entire shift for that job. If you cannot work a job, you must find a substitute. Failure to work a job will be a $75 fine for each job missed or not completed.

Jobs for championship meets (City Meet and Classic) will be assigned shortly before those meets. Championship meet jobs are in addition to the four dual-meet jobs.

Job sign-up will open at TBD.

To Sign-Up:

  1. Log in to the website using the credentials that were created for your family account during registration. This is most likely the email address of the person who completed registration.
  2. After logging in, go to "Events & Competition" on the left-side menu. Select "Team Events" tab.
  3. Click the green “Job Signup” button next to the meet you want to work at. Follow the form from there.
  4. Or, if you are already signed in and are navigating from the home page, click "Swim Meets", then "Meet & Job Signup", then click the Team Events tab.
  5. SAVE CHANGES once you have made your selection and entered your information (name and phone number).

Families can work one job per meet, or multiple jobs across fewer meets. Any combo to TBD.

It is YOUR responsibility to find a substitute. Even if your swimmer is scratching the meet.
