Team Suits and Apparel
Official team suits, caps, and other Breakers apparel (youth and adult) can be purchased from our official team gear provider, Urban Tri Gear. Team suits (this year's or prior years') are encouraged but not required for swimmers competing in meets. If you do not wish to order a team suit, any predominantly blue or black one-piece for girls and jammer for boys would be appropriate.
2025 Suits
Our 2025 suits are the TYR brand. Again this year, we have two options: TYR Durafast Elite suits in royal blue and our new TYR Durafast Lite Technowave suits in the royal blue pattern. Both suits feature our Breaker’s logo and come in thin or thick straps for girls and jammers for boys. Deadline to order is April 20.
Breakers silicone and personalized cap options are available for purchase from our online store.
Suit Try-On Night
To help our families prepare for the upcoming season, we will be having the annual Breakers Suit Try-on Night on April 9, 2025 from 5:00-6:00 PM at the Breckenridge Clubhouse.
Come any time during that hour and Urban Tri Gear will have samples of our suits to try on for sizing. If you cannot make it to the try-on night, you can go to the Urban Tri Gear store to try them on ( 804 E. Ogden Ave, Westmont, IL).
Suits for Practice
Wearing team suits to practice is not necessary although some choose to do so. Girls can practice in any one-piece suit. Jammers are strongly recommended for boys. Unlike trunks, jammers fit close to the body, allow for proper stroke technique, and minimize the possibility of chafing.
Local aquatic and athletic retailers that sell swim gear often have sale and clearance options great for practicing in! Online retailers are another great place to look.
Breakers Apparel and Accessories
Looking for some Breakers apparel to show your team spirit while cheering on your swimmer? Want a hoodie or sweatpants to keep your swimmer warm while they wait their turn at the sometimes cooler morning meets and practices? Need a bag for your swimmer to carry their gear in or some new goggles? We have got you covered! A wide variety of apparel, bags, and swim accessories are available from our online store. Breakers apparel and accessories will only be available during the suit ordering window. Deadline to order is April 20.
Each swimmer registered (by April 30) will automatically receive a 2025 team t-shirt. Ordering for these is ordered by the team and separate from other Breakers apparel. Please make sure your swimmer's shirt size is updated ASAP in your Breakers account to ensure correct sizing.
