How Do I Register My Swimmer(s)?
The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

CLICK ON THE 2025 ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. Returning and HOA Members, this link will be communicated to you seperately. New Members, click HERE (starting 3/17) to register.
- FIND THE GROUP YOU WISH TO REGISTER YOUR SWIMMER FOR AND CLICK "ADD TO CART". Please sign up under your swimmer's age group at of May 31, 2025. Swimmers doing summer long course with their competitive team (i.e. Fox, Mavericks, Delta, etc.) may choose the Breakers long course registration option.

COMPLETE ALL STEPS. This includes payment information, signing agreements, and pool use fees (if applicable).

UPON REGISTRATION APPROVAL FROM REGISTRAR, LOGIN TO THE BREAKERS ON GOMOTION FOR ACCESS TO YOUR FAMILY ACCOUNT.
Important Details

In order to guarantee a team t-shirt, all swimmers must be registered by 5/1/25. For Breakers team swag, stay tuned for an email from the Swag Committee with order information.

Specific details regarding swim practice will not be available until May 2025.

Swim team is open to swimmers age 5-18 and must be able to swim across the pool safely and unassisted.

Families will be contacted in the beginning of February and will have a few weeks for registration changes, which may include Long Course, Coaching, and being removed from registration.
Fees
Registration fee (Swimmer fee + applicable pool membership fee):

$270/swimmer if registered by 5/1/2025

$295/swimmer if registered after 5/1/2025*

$70/swimmer for 15 and over age group

$135/swimmer for Long Course group
Family discounts will not apply to the 15 and older or Long Course swim groups. Family discounts will be: $25 off 2 swimmers, $50 off 3 swimmers, $75 off 4 swimmers, and $100 off 5 swimmers.
Pool Membership/Non-Member Fee: If you are not a Breckenridge Estates homeowner (Breckenridge homeowners already pay a pool fee in their BEHA dues), there are two options for your pool membership:

Full Pool Membership: $700 (for more info on pool/tennis membership, visit www.breckenridgeestates.org)

Swim Team Only Membership: $50/ swimmer (only permitted in the pool area during meets and practices)
Jobs Guarantee: Your credit card will be kept on file and charged $75 if you do not fulfill your volunteer job requirement. This is not an opt-out of work payment. The team needs YOU, not your money. The card will be charged after your first missed job. After that, you may be subject to removal from the team.
Other Important-to-Know Info Before Registering
Swim Skill Minimum Requirement: A child 8 years old or younger must be able to swim one length of the pool without assistance. A child 9 years old or older must be able to swim two lengths of the pool without assistance. All swimmers should have a willingness to learn.
Volunteer Work Requirement Per Family: Each Family is required to be a part of a committee (like Fun Committee) or work 4-5 volunteer jobs during swim meets (dependent on the number of families that register for swim team). Jobs sign up date TBA.
Refunds: A full refund (minus a $25 processing fee) will be issued to ANY swimmer that withdraws from the swim team prior to Time Trials. A full refund will also be issued if the swimmer fails to qualify for the swim team. After Time Trials, refund requests will be reviewed by the Breckenridge Breakers Swim Team Board on an individual basis. Refunds after Time Trials are not typically granted unless a family is moving or in an emergency.
