Communication plan for weather cancellations: PAC will notify you about important weather cancellations using the following process;

1st -  a text notification through the On Deck* app (please install and VERIFY your information)

2nd - an Email to the account you registered with will be sent

3rd - An update to the Team Unify website

Steps to Install OnDeck: Please download the app OnDeck to your cell phone. On Deck is the Team Unify mobile app we use to send send important weather related communication. Use the same login credentials you use on our Team Unify website (how you registered for the team).

Once OnDeck is loaded follow these steps to add and verify a cell number for SMS/texting. You can do this from your mobile device

  1. Log into OnDeck (use your login credentials for Team Unify)
  2. Tap Menu >  Accounts/Members  > Navigate to your account
  3. at the bottom of the screen select EDIT
  4. Fill in SMS 1 with the cell number and select your Carrier ( you can add a second SMS here too)
  5. select SAVE and it will send a verification text to that number
  6. open the text message and follow instructions to verify

 

Team Communication

Our board secretary will send communication emails to the email accounts registered in Team unify. We will keep you in the loop with important team updates, upcoming events, Reminder to sign swimmer in/out of a meet, etc.
