We are looking forward to a fantastic 2025 season and hope to welcome you aboard! Whether you are a long time Rat family or new to the team, we want you to know that you are welcome and we hope that you are excited to be part of the REST family. Get pumped to BLEED GREEN!

For the regular swim season, each team age group is capped at 40 swimmers and the entire team is capped at 220 swimmers. Please register your swimmer ASAP to secure a spot on the team. If your swimmer's age group is closed and you'd like to be added to our waitlist, please fill out this form.

2025 Swim Team Registration Fees:

Swim Team Registration includes the following:

• Seven weeks of spring practice (Monday - Friday)
• Nine weeks of summer practice (Monday - Friday)
• Swim meets
• Age-group social
• Team t-shirt (does not include Rugrats) if you register by 2/28/25.
• So much fun!

Spring Clinic

Start the season strong by enrolling in our Spring Clinic. Our month-long clinic runs from March 3rd-March 28, 2025 and is open to swimmers with prior swim team experience.

$275 per swimmer for five days a week.

We do not plan on coaches being in the water for spring clinic. Please be sure that your swimmer is completely water safe, can swim laps unassisted, and has participated in 1+ year(s) of swim team prior to registrering for Spring Clinic.

Please note: All six and under swimmers particpating in Spring Clinic must pass a swim safety test on the first day of Spring Clinic.

Summer Swim Season

Our 2025 swim season will kick off on April 7th with spring practice. We have an amazing season planned for the Rats and we want you to join us. Practice schedules for both spring practice and summer practice are found on our website here under our Practice tab. Practices times listed are subject to change. Prices are listed in the fee table above.

Swimmers registering for swim team must be able to swim one lap unassisted.

You do not have to be a homeowner in the Rudgear Estates Homeowners Association to join the swim team, but if you are not, there is a Splash Fee ($200 per swimmer) that will be added to your registration fees. Non-homeowner team members only have access to the pool during their set practice time and during meets only. If you would like to purchase a summertime membership to the pool so you can enjoy the pool all summer, please visit the pool's website.

Please note that all six and unders must particpate in a swim assessment in the spring to determine proper placement. Please sign up for an assessment here.

Rugrat Program

Our Rugrat program (formerly Polliwgos) is designed for beginning swimmers who are comfortable in the water but not quite ready to begin swim team. Rugrats must be at least four years old by June 15. This is a skill-building program to build their confidence in the water and learn beginning swim techniques for the freestyle stroke. Please see our Rugrats page for more information. Price is listed in the fee table above. Our Rugrats program is capped at 24 swimmers, so please register ASAP to secure your swimmer a spot in the program. If Rugrats is closed when you go to register, please add your swimmer's name to the waitlist and we will contact you if a spot opens up.

2025 Rugrats: June 10-July 18 (M, T, Th, Fri)

Rugrats Graduation: July 18 (during regular practice time)

Rugrats Race: TBD in July 

Please note that all Rugrats are asked particpate in a water/swim assessment in the spring to determine proper placement. We will reach out to you to schedule after you register.

We are pleased to offer electronic processing and registration again for our 2025 registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily sign-up for jobs, see your children’s swim times, maintain your own contact information, and more. When paying by credit or debit card a 2.9% processing fee will be added during check out.

Rudgear Estates Swim Team reserves the right to refuse, deny, suspend, or revoke registration or membership to any swimmer or family at its sole discretion. Families with a history of disruptive or detrimental conduct on this or other teams will not be permitted to register.
