Team jobs are many and varied and they all contribute to a fun season! Many of the jobs are shared between a few families. Families who hae served in a role before and have done a good job are eligible to be pre-filled. Awards Night refreshment & set up/clean Up Set up and clean up Awards Night. Purchases and distributes ice cream cones/sandwiches to swimmers. Awards Night is July 29 [email protected]
Conference Award Filer Pick up team ribbons/awards at the end of Conference Meet. Bring back to the pool and file them ahead of Awards Night. [email protected]
Conference Area Decoration Creators Work with the spirit squad to create the facades for our conference team area. Procure cardboard, paint, etc. Plan and host "craft night" to create decor, etc. Please note, this is a Team Job. You will still need to sign up for a Conference meet job. [email protected]
Conference Baked Goods maker Make and individually package a cookie for each Conference swimmer - coaches will deliver during tuck-ins. Complete by Wednesday ahead of Conference Meet (7/23). Please note, this is a Team Job. You will still need to sign up for a Conference meet job. [email protected]
Conference Fun Friday - Clean Up With the Spirit Squad, clean up pool area after the Fun Friday events. Early afternoon of July 25th. Please note, this is a Team Job. You will still need to sign up for a Conference meet job. [email protected]
Conference Fun Friday Breakfast Plan, shop with provided budget, set up, cook, serve, and clean up breakfast. (You may recuit volunteers, too!) Morning/early afternoon of July 25th. Please note, this is a Team Job. You will still need to sign up for a Conference meet job. [email protected]

Conference Poster Coordinator Oversee conference poster making after each age-group practice during Conference Week and hang the posters at Heather Farms on Friday afternoon - July 25th.  You may work with the other coordinators to split up days/times however works for the three of you. Conference Spirit Clean Up Clean up all spirit-related decor from our team area. Take down and throw away all Rudgear posters. Transport all supplies back to the pool after Conference - Sunday (7/27) afternoon. Please note, this is a Team Job. You will still need to sign up for a Conference meet job. [email protected]
Conference Spirit Set Up Friday: With the Spirit Squad, transport supplies to Heather Farms and help set up the team spirit decor in our area. Friday afternoon (7/27) of Conference Week.
Saturday and Sunday: Get to our team area before or during warm-ups and set up the spirit decor and supplies.

End of Extreme Week Potluck Breakfast Advertises event, soliciits donations via SignUpGenius and/or poster, sets up, monitors, and cleans up. At least one person from the group must be present at any given time during the event - you can work out a schedule between the group. Breakfast is on July 18th during practice. [email protected]
End of Season Pool Clean Up Takes down and cleans all swim team items and packs away in storage for the season. Date TBD. [email protected]

First Day of Summer Breakfast Coordinates First Day of Summer Breafast | June 2nd - 8am-1pm. Recruits and schedules volunteers, makes purchases with budget provided, sets up a Sign Up Genius for potluck portion, sets up, cleans up, and oversees volunteers. At least one person from the group must be present at any given time during the event - you can work out a schedule between the group. [email protected]
Green & White Meet Coordinators Creates event sign up and meet sheet for the G&W meet. Purchases supplies needed (rubber duckies, swedish fish, whipped cream, watermelons, etc). Creates systems for timers to record times. Point people during the meet. July 12. [email protected]
Picture Day Coordinator Schedule & coordinate team picture day. Communicates with the picture compnay and distributes information to the team Must be present at picture day Monday, June 9th. [email protected]
Rudgear Idol & Pasta Feed Coordinators Coordinate Rudgear Idol talent show - Rudgear Ido is July 24th. Advertise, post a sign up, create the program, and coordinate AV set up. [email protected]

Splash & Dash Coordinate with 4-6 other adults to manage the Splash and Dash course along Rudgear Road. Work with coaches on what is needed to make Splash and Dash successful. Coordinates breakfast. July 11th. [email protected]
