Practices are Monday through Friday
There are a handful of days throughout the season that we don't hold practice - please see the season schedule for no practice days.

All swimmers should bring goggles, fins, and a towel to every practice. In addition, 11/12s, 13/14s, and 15/18s need hand paddles. Swimmers with long hair must wear a swim cap.
