Thursday, April 28^th – No Practice
There is no practice this Thursday. Coach Nick and Coach Andreas have an Acalanes swim meet they need to coach/swim at, so our Rats have the day off. (This is the last regular practice date we will need to cancel.)

New Family Orientation - May 7^th | 4pm | Rudgear Estates Pool (grassy area)
Join us as we will go over the season, swim meets, jobs, and so much more! There will also be ample time for questions and answers. We encourage all new families to attend this orientation (families who were new last year are absolutely welcome to come if they want a refresher). New families will also have the opportunity to have first pick of a couple meet jobs. (And be sure to stick around after the orientation for the Welcome Back party!)

Welcome Back Party - May 7^th | 5pm | Rudgear Estates Pool (grassy area)
Directly following the New Family Orientation, we invite all Rats families to come down to the pool to kick off the season at the Welcome Back party! Bring your own dinner and drinks (and a dessert to share if you want). The pool is open to anyone who wants to swim, so don’t forget suits and towels.

Lessons
Coach Nick will be offering some lessons in the early afternoons this spring. Click here to check availability and sign up. Once we are into summer there will be lots of lessons offered by our coaches.

Spirit Shop
The Rudgear Spirit Shop is open for just one more week. Be sure to get your order in by April 29^th. (Once orders close, it is unlikely we will be able to do a second round of ordering, so if you want something make sure to order it this week.)

Jobs
Job sign-ups will open on May 8^th at 8:00am. We will send out lots more information about jobs between now and then, so be on the lookout for jobs-related emails.
