Picture Day
Monday, June 6 – arrive between 8am and 10:30am. Please come at whatever time is best for you – but not everyone can come on the later side, so if you can come earlier please do so. (Even if you don’t want to order pictures, please bring your swimmer by to take their photo so it can be compiled into the team photo.)

It's a new kind of picture day! For those that have photographed with the RATS before, this change might be a little different. There is no prepay (yay!), you just need to Opt-In/Subscribe via text message, before picture day. Once pictures are ready for ordering, you will receive the link and access code to order. All orders are mailed directly to parents' homes.  It's that easy! :)  *Parents/Caretakers MUST opt-in via text to receive the ordering link and special promotions.

Swimmers typically wear their team suit for photos. However, we know that not everyone has a team suit. Swimmers can borrow from a friend or wear any suit they prefer.

Buddies
If your swimmer wants to participate in the Buddy Program, please make sure they’ve filled out this form and turned it in to Coach Briona’s folder. Final day to turn in is this Wednesday (6/2).

Buddies will be revealed at Buddy Day! This fun event is on June 6^th at the pool and begins promptly at 11am. If your swimmer is participating in the Buddy Program, please make sure that they are back at the pool by 11am on June 6^th so they can meet their buddy!

Coach Lunch
We have a great tradition of keeping our coaches at Rudgear fed! Please sign up here to bring our coaches lunch one day this summer.

Ygnacio Wood | Warm-Up Time Has Changed
Our warm-ups for this Wednesday’s meet at Ygnacio Wood now begin at 4:45pm.

Team Suits
Unfortunately, team suits have still not arrived. We reached out to Making Waves again and they have told us they are looking into it. We will continue to follow-up with them and start the process for refunds, if needed. We are so sorry to everyone who has been waiting for their suit. Moving forward, we will be working with a different store to order team suits.

And a BIG congRATulations to all of our RATS who promoted or graduated. We are so proud of you!
