Coach’s Message
Rats Swimmers & Parents, 

Thanking all swimmers for a strong week in the pool this past week.  Side note: the beautiful weather we are blessed with has made us wild and crazy during practice. Let’s keep in mind to focus on our coaches during practice.

It’s also time to start considering our personal goals for the season. The kids will hear about setting goals this week. Parents, I encourage you to help your kids write down personal goals at home. We will be talking more about what that means during practice!

Key Volunteers *Still* Needed
We are still in need of one Meet Director and one Stroke & Turn judge. While these jobs do require a higher level of responsibility, the huge upside to these jobs is that you wind up working less when compared with just signing up for meet jobs. You also have more control of your schedule and you’re automatically scheduled for your City and Conference jobs.

Lost & Found
Make sure to go through the Lost and Found over at Rudgear Meadows (the plastic storage box right outside of the women’s bathroom) and scoop up any of your items. When we leave Rudgear Meadows and head back to Rudgear Estates, we will have to toss anything left in the Lost & Found and we don’t want you to lose anything important to you!
