Time Trials 
The Time Trials results will be sent out soon. This Saturday was such a fun time - we loved seeing all the fast swims and fun spirit! Next stop: time pops!
 

Family Folders
Family folders are now available. These folders will be where ribbons and important team info is passed on to our swimmers and family.  They are organized by last name and located directly inside the pool gate.  They will be accessible to all swimmers during practice and to all families at home meets.

REST vs. SVST | May 29th
Our first meet of the season is at home on May 29th - be sure to declare by this Wednesday (5/22). The coaches' theme is NEON - join in by rocking some neon and/or layering some glow over your Rudgear green. Let's GLOW RATS!

And as a reminder: it works out best if you declare your swimmers in or out for all the meets now. You can always change your declaration up until a week before the meet. If you know you’re coming or you’re unsure, just RSVP yes; it makes the summer easier – we promise! Click here to declare your swimmers for the season. If you do not declare your swimmer in for a meet they will not be placed into events.

Buddy Program
One of our favorite things to do each season is match up younger and older swimmers as buddies. Buddies cheer for each other, write notes of encouragement, and bring each other little gifts or treats at meets. If you swimmers wants to be part of the buddy program (and we highly recommend that everyone participate), please have your swimmer fill out this form and hand it in to the Completed Buddy Form folder by May 31^st. 

Picture Day
Monday, June 10 – arrive between 8am and 10:30am. Please come at whatever time is best for you – but not everyone can come on the later side, so if you can come earlier please do so. (Even if you don’t want to order pictures, please bring your swimmer by to take their photo so it can be compiled into the team photo.) Picture Day OPT-IN Details - 
It's a new kind of picture day! For those that have photographed with us before, this change might be a little different. There is NO PREPAY (yay!), you just need to Opt-In/Subscribe via text message, before picture day. Once pictures are ready for ordering, all those that have opted-in via text will receive the private link and access code to place their orders. All orders are mailed directly to parents' homes.  It's that easy! :)  *Parents/Caretakers MUST opt-in via text to receive the ordering link and SPECIAL PROMOTIONS
