Coach Bonus
It’s time to show our end-of-season gRATitude to the coaches and Rat Pack!
The Rudgear Coach Bonus Program is a tradition our swim team holds to say thank you to our coaches for their hard work each season. The strength of this program is what sets our team apart in our ability to offer compensation packages that retain and recruit amazing coaches.
It has been an incredible season - our swimmers are working so hard towards personal goals and having a blast along the way. Please join me in saying thank you to our coaching staff that has worked so well together to make this season so great!
The Rudgear Coach Bonus Program is primarily made up by family contributions. This season, the suggested family donation is $65, although any amount more or less is greatly appreciated. Donations will be collected through Tuesday, July 30.
There are three ways to donate:
1. Venmo: @victoria-hill2016
2. Cash to Victoria Hill directly
3. Check written to "Victoria Hill" and given to Victoria (Tori) Hill or placed in the Hill family folder. Please write 'bonus' in the memo line.

Time Pop Soda Pop Party! | July 24th at 12pm
Come by the grassy area from 12:00pm-12:30pm on Wednesday, July 24th to celebrate our swimmers who have popped their time ten or more times. All are welcome!
Rudgear Idol | July 25th at 6pm
Calling all RATS! Rudgear Idol is around the corner and we need YOU! Rudgear Idol is fun talent show where our swimmers can show off their out-of-water talents! All performances will be judged by our amazing group coaches, Idol-style. Sign up on the poster at the pool to show off your RATical talents!
Conference Pump Up Pasta Feed | July 25th at 6pm
This year, we are adding some carbs to our Rudgear Idol evening! Come for food and stay for the show! This is a potluck event.
What to Bring:
Last name A-M: Pasta dish in a disposable pan
Last name N-S: Salad in a disposable bowl
Last name T-Z: Garlic bread
BYOB drinks
The team will serve swimmers an ice cream treat, as well.

Conference After Party | July 28th
The Conference After Party is the place to be! After relays and awards on Sunday, head on over to Rudgear Estates to eat, drink, swim, and dance with our Rudgear Fam! All are welcome! Be sure to opt in and pay for catered food and drinks (yummy Mexican food!) – orders due by July 24th. (If you choose to BYO food and drink instead that’s also totally fine.) This is one of the best nights of the season; you won’t want to miss out!

$15 per child (12 years and younger)
$20 per adult (13 years and older)
If you want in on dinner and drinks, please place your order here and pay by July 24th.
You must both fill out the pre-order form and pay in order for us to order your family’s food. Please Venmo @CarrieSatyshur or place cash or check (made out to Rudgear Estates Swim Team) in the Satyshur family folder. Please make sure your family’s name is noted on your payment.
Pre-County Dinner | August 1st
Steve Long is cordially inviting everyone to a pre-County dinner for all County swimmers, families, and supporters -- EVERYONE is invited!

Lessons
Lessons are available! We post all the coach’s sign-up links on our website (click here); however, it is the coaches’ responsibility to update their sign-ups, set prices, receive payment, etc.
We have 200 swimmers on our team, so please be considerate when booking lessons. We don't want one swimmer having three lessons per week and another left with none.
Please note: Swimmers may only sign up for one lesson per week with Coach Nick. If you sign up for multiple lessons for one swimmer, the earlier lesson will stay on his schedule and the remainder for the week will be deleted. Only team swimmers should sign up for lessons with Coach Nick. Rugrats should sign up with any other coach.
