TL;DR:

Jobs: Sign up ASAP—6 meet jobs plus 1 team job per family are required.

Spirit Store: Closes tomorrow—be sure to grab your gear now.

Meet Declarations: Declare “attend” or “decline” for every meet. Do it early—you can edit later, but missing the deadline means no events for your swimmer.

Shepherding Mats (8U): Come decorate mats on May 6 or 12 before or after practice

Practice Change: No 13U practice on May 9. Swimmers can join the 11/12 practice from 5:45–6:45 PM instead.

Time to Declare for Meets
It’s time to declare for swim meets. The meet calendar is up and ready for you to sign your swimmer(s) into or out of all meets.

For each meet, click if your swimmer(s) will “attend” or “decline” the meet. We find that it’s best practice to sign your swimmer(s) into all the meets at the start of the season (you can always change your declaration up to a week prior to the meet).

All swimmers must declare (click attend or decline) for EVERY meet. It is critical that you make declarations for your swimmer(s) by each meet’s declaration deadline. If a swimmer is not signed into a meet, they will not be placed into events for that meet.

Don’t know how?
1. Sign into the website.
2. For each meet on the Team Events calendar, click “edit commitment”
3. Select if your swimmer is attending or not.

Shepherding Mats (8 and Unders only)
Our head shepherds are cooking up a fun new twist this year — custom mats for each 8U swimmer! Help your 6U and 7/8 swimmers head over to the ping pong table on either May 6th or May 12th from 3:15–5:00 PM and the head shepherds will help them customize their mat with RATical stickers.

Can’t make it either day? No problem! You can email Tracy at [email protected] to coordinate another time, or the shepherds will be happy to decorate the mat for your swimmer. All mats must be done by May 12th, so we can get them laminated and ready for Time Trials.
 

Reminder: Practice Change for 13U – Friday, May 9th
13U practice is cancelled. If your swimmer would still like to practice, they’re welcome to join the 11/12 group from 5:45–6:45 PM that day.
