Life Time Swim Sugarbears

The Life Time Sugarbears are a summer recreational swim team operating under Life Time Athletic. The Sugarbears compete in the Valley Foothill Competitive Aquatic League (VFCAL).

Swimmers ages 5-17 of varying skill levels are welcome to join. We have a seasoned coaching staff that is responsible for conducting all practices and meets at both of our locations, Roseville and Folsom.

We are proud to welcome Beckham Wells as our new Head Sugarbears Coach! Beckham was born and raised in Folsom and is currently studying nursing at California Baptist University in Riverside. She has swam for most of her life, including competitively for five years. This is her third year working at Life Time as a lifeguard, swim lesson instructor, and swim coach.
