The Life Time Sugarbears Swim Team is a member of the Valley Foothills Competitive Aquatics League (VFCAL). The league is comprised of Sacramento and surrounding area teams.

Life Time Swim Sugarbears
The Life Time Sugarbears are a summer recreational swim team operating under Life Time Athletic. The Sugarbears compete in the Valley Foothill Competitive Aquatic League (VFCAL).
Swimmers ages 5-18 of varying skill levels are welcome to join. We have a seasoned coaching staff that is responsible for conducting all practices and meets at both of our locations, Roseville and Folsom.
