Life Time Swim Sugarbears

The Life Time Sugarbears are a summer recreational swim team operating under Life Time Athletic. The Sugarbears compete in the Valley Foothill Competitive Aquatic League (VFCAL).

Swimmers ages 5-17 of varying skill levels are welcome to join. We have a seasoned coaching staff that is responsible for conducting all practices and meets at both of our locations, Roseville and Folsom.

Need to refine your stroke? Need to build endurance? Need to just get back in the water? Our Pre Season stroke clinic is for you! Our certified swim coaches have designed this clinic to prepare swimmers to enter our summer recreational swim team. We are offering this clinic at both of our Roseville and Folsom locations.
