Good morning, Coast parents and swimmers.
Cold weather has arrived as expected. Hopefully, everyone received yesterday’s email or a Remind message from your group coach.

Practice Schedule Updates

Monday

  • Juniors & Seniors: Bernie Pool, 4:00–6:00 PM
  • All other groups: No practice
  • All other sites: Closed

Tuesday

  • Age Group: Bernie Pool, 4:30–6:00 PM
  • Novice: Bernie Pool, 5:00–6:00 PM
  • Juniors & Seniors: Destin, 4:00–6:00 PM (weather permitting)

We will continue to monitor the weather and make decisions for the remainder of the week as conditions become clearer. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding.

Region IV Championships

The Region IV Championships will take place February 13–15 in Pensacola.

  • Registration deadline: Tuesday, February 3
  • This meet serves as the Southeastern Championship for 8 & Under swimmers
  • It is also the final short-course meet for swimmers without Southeastern-qualifying times

Please register as soon as possible to be part of this great Coast championship event.
