Sunday Update

Coast Parents and Swimmers,

I hope everyone is staying warm on a very chilly Sunday afternoon.  Just a couple of reminders that couldn't wait for the Coast It Notes tomorrow.

1.  The deadline for Region IV registration is noon on Tuesday, 2/3/26.  This is a team effort meet, and we want everyone to get registered and compete for another Region IV Championship.

2.  Although the weather will be much better this week, we will still be cold tomorrow morning.  That means there will be no master's practice tomorrow morning.  We should be good through the remainder of the week.

Last week was a difficult week with really challenging weather, but you all showed your resilience and flexibility as we still salvaged a great week of practice.  

The next six weeks is Championip season as we are two weeks out of Region IV, a month from Southeasterns, and a little over six weeks from the NCSA Junior National Championships.  Let's get to practice, work hard, and have fun.
