Coaching Staff
Life Time Northern California Swim Team offers a variety of programs for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of Life Time to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging and developing each individual to the best of their abilities. All swimmers must complete a Swimming Assessment prior to joining the team so they may be properly placed in an appropriate group.

Morgan Votava - Head Swim Team Coach
Coaches Silver and Gold Group
Swimming has been a part of Morgan’s life since the age of four. She competed for 20 years, including at the collegiate level for the University of Idaho. Following her competitive career, she transitioned into coaching and has been coaching swimmers of all levels for the past 5 years. Through coaching, she discovered a true passion for helping new swimmers build skills, confidence, and a lifelong love for the sport.
Lauren Beyer - Assistant Swim Team Coach
Coaches Bronze Group
Swimming has been a part of Lauren;s life since I was younger. She competed for 20 years, including at the collegiate level with the University of Idaho, before transitioning into coaching. From 2020 to 2023, Lauren served as the Head Coach for Life Time, and has spent the past 7 years working with swimmers of all ages. What she enjoy most is helping new swimmers grow their skills, gain confidence, and discover a lasting appreciation for the sport.
Errick Ramirez - Assistant Swim Team Coach
Coaches Development 1 and 2 Groups
Errick brings a lifelong passion for swimming to the team, with experience that spans competitive, instructional, and military settings. Their journey began in middle school with a local club team and continued through four years on the varsity squad in high school, paired with ongoing club involvement. For three years, they worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor in Seattle, sharing their love for the water with young swimmers. During a five-year career in the Navy, he served as a boot camp swimming instructor, helping recruits build confidence and skills in the water. With a deep-rooted commitment to the sport and years of hands-on experience, Errick is dedicated to developing swimmers both in and out of the pool.
