FROM OUR REGISTRAR
This year, we’re introducing a new process to make meet financial reporting easier and more consistent. You will receive the financial form for your meet, which includes your sanction number as well as step-by-step instructions on how to calculate the number of swims to report, when you receive the sanction number.
To keep everything running smoothly, please be sure Sierra Nevada Swimming receives your meet fees by the stated due date in the financial form. Late payments will result in a fine (no exception)! We recommend planning ahead—especially since some check processing services have recently been slower than usual.
For added convenience, we’re excited to now accept Zelle as a payment option! You’ll find the QR code included on the attached form. If using Zelle, please add the sanction number to the Zelle Comments field.
Thank you in advance for helping us streamline this process—we appreciate your partnership in keeping things on track for our local swimming community.
