March SwimLabs Camp – 10-12, 3.15.26
The SwimLabs Camp gives swimmers a rare opportunity to see themselves swim underwater and understand how technique changes affect the way they move through the water. Each athlete spends 20 minutes in a recording tank with a dedicated SwimLabs coach, receiving personalized video feedback to improve body position, stroke efficiency, and awareness. While waiting for their filming session, swimmers participate in enrichment activities led by Sierra Nevada coaches that promote teamwork, inclusion, and excitement for year-round swimming. This experience helps young athletes make faster technical improvements and deepen their connection to the sport and the Sierra Nevada Swimming community.

Select Camp: 11–12 – 4.25.26
The 11–12 Select Camp is designed for the top age group athletes in Sierra Nevada Swimming to build the foundation for long-term success. Using USA Swimming curriculum and LSC traditions, this camp focuses on goal-setting, accountability, and the habits required to thrive in the 13–14 years and beyond. Athletes will develop a deeper understanding of how to train with purpose, contribute to team culture, and represent Sierra Nevada Swimming with pride. The emphasis is on building perspective—learning not just how to swim fast, but how to prepare, plan, and execute like future leaders of the LSC.

Select Camp: 13–14 – 5.3.26
The 13–14 Select Camp is an elite experience for athletes preparing to transition into senior-level swimming. Rooted in USA Swimming’s high-performance framework and Sierra Nevada Swimming’s history, this camp focuses on the physical, mental, and emotional tools required to succeed at the next level. Athletes will refine race strategies, mental resilience, training ownership, and leadership within the LSC. This camp bridges the gap between age group success and senior-level excellence, preparing swimmers for high-performing teams, sectional competition, and long-term success.

NVAL Outreach Camp – Participation Interest – 6.6.26
The NVAL Outreach Camp is being developed to serve swimmers in the Redding, Shasta, and Chico areas, with the goal of bringing Sierra Nevada Swimming resources and coaching to athletes in the northern region of our LSC. Venue and logistics are currently being explored. Please indicate whether you are available and interested in participating on the proposed date.
