- Sunday, May 19, 2024: (Venue and Time TBA)
- In-Person Meeting to allow for the opportunity for discussion in order to form the Proposed SNS 2024-2025 SNS Meet Schedule for approval at the SNS House of Delegates (HOD) Meeting on June 25, 2024
- It is Highly Recommended that Each SNS Member Club send a Representative
