2025-2026 SNS Championship, SNS Meet Bid & NVAL Meet Bid Forms
To help facilitate teams running successful meets, I will encourage teams to communicate to have their respective meets on different weekends. If (2) two teams submit meets on the same weekend, I will inform both teams in order to try and facilitate a solution to move the meets to different dates but I will award the meet to the team that has submitted their PAPERWORK FIRST.
I also want to start a dialogue with teams beginning a bidding process for the championship meets for the rest of the quad as well. This is not time sensitive, but I want teams to know they can submit a proposal for 2027 and 2028 championship meets as well with these tentative dates.
