MAAPP Implementation & General Requirement
As part of the implementation and the General Requirement of USA Swimming's Safe Sport Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP 2.0, effective as of September 1, 2021),  attached to this email is a customizable MAAPP Policy which SNS Member Clubs can post on their websites and share with their respective memberships.  
 
Also attached to this email is a customizable MAAPP Acknowledgement Form to be filled out by Athletes (18 & older), Parents (of Minor Athletes), Coaches & other Non-Athlete Members of Member Clubs which states that they have reviewed & agreed to MAAPP on an annual basis.  
 
On an annual basis, Clubs are expected to have these forms filled out by the previously specified individuals in their respective memberships and are expected to keep these forms on file.  For further clarification, please view the Safe Sport General Requirement MAAPP FAQ attached to this correspondence and the MAAPP Section of the USA Swimming Website
