Odds & ends... #1 - Officials are the backbone of all swim meets and by rule, the Neptunes must provide a certain number of officials at every meet attended by Neptune athletes. Without these officials, the Neptune athletes & team will be held responsible either by forcing our athletes to swim unattached (not score team points) or penalize the team financially.
