Hello Bronze 1 & Red 1 families, A mistake was made when publishing the new high school schedule... Bronze 1 will not be practicing on Fridays. Practice is Monday through Thursday from 5:30 - 6:15 pm. Red 1 will not be practicing on Fridays either. Practice is Monday through Thursday from 5:45 - 6:30 pm. We apologize for the miscommunication and we hope you all have a great weekend! Neptune Coaching staff

Practice will change for all groups starting Monday, February 2, 2009 until the middle/late May, 2009. Practice schedules for both Ridgway & Healdsburg has been updated on the swim groups page of the team web site. We have also emailed the schedule in PDF format to all members of the team. 4 Neptune swimmers help the Pacific Coast All-Star team to victory in Seattle, Washington this past weekend with Pacific scoring 995 points, to Southern California’s 905 points, coming in 3rd was the Pacific Northwest team with 535 points, followed by team British Columbia with 341 points and rounding out the field was Oregon Swimming with 184 points. Dear Neptune Families, The Board of Directors voted to adjust the dues effective April 1, 2009. We are notifying you now so that you have an opportunity to make plans regarding the impact for your family. The last dues adjustment was implemented in April of 2007. The Board and Head Coach carefully reviewed the dues to develop a structure based on practice time, access to differing levels of the coaching staff and the needs of families. While the Pacific senior and Sectional time standards are unchanged from 2008, there are changes to Pacific's age group standards. Pacific has introduced new B and A meet entry time standards for 2009 which are significantly changed from the B and A standards used in Pacific in the last few years.
