BASS is a year-round USA Swimming program with multiple training sites throughout central Virginia. We serve swimmers of all levels - from beginners to national qualifiers and collegiate athletes - supported by a passionate coaching staff and a strong swim community.

Our mission is to foster a love of swimming while helping athletes reach their full potential, both in and out of the pool.
