Cavalier Aquatics Meet Fees

THE BILLING PROCESS

  • Families “opt-in” through TeamUnify by the given meet registration date.
  • Coaches enter events for athletes based on sessions denoted through the “opt-in”.
  • The Monday following the meet entry due date to host teams, Jessica Simons will send an invoice to Cavalier Aquatics families with the amount due.
  • The Friday following a competition, your payment method on file with the YMCA will be billed for the full invoiced amount.

THE PAYMENT

  • For all in-season/non-championship competitions, individuals will be billed for host surcharge, each individual event, plus a Cavalier Aquatics team administrative fee. In-season, non-championship competition examples: Lynchburg Y October Invitational, Cavalier Aquatics Home Meets, etc.
  • For all travel championship competitions, individuals will be billed for host surcharge, each individual event, plus a Cavalier Aquatics team administrative fee. Championship competition examples: YOTA Capital Classic, USA Speedo Junior Nationals, Hoki December Invitational, VA Age Group Championships, etc.
  • Host surcharges and event fees can be found within the meet information listed on our website.  These charges are generally similar for most competitions but can change from time to time based on the host team’s parameters.
  • The additional Cavalier Aquatics administrative fees for both in-season and championship competitions will go to cover administrative costs, coaches travel, relay fees, and wear on home meet equipment.
  • Once the host team receives the meet entries from Cavalier Aquatics we are unable to refund the surcharge, meet entries, and administrative fees.
