Meet Billing

Billing for meets will happen through Daxko, the same platform used for your YMCA account and monthly membership fees.


Meet Fees

Most meets typically charge an athlete surcharge, individual entry fees, and relay entry fees.  These can be found in the meet announcement.

For our team, we will charge an administrative fee for each meet the athlete attends, as shown below:

• Non-championship meets: $6.00 if attending one day / $10.00 if attending two or more days
• Championship meets: $25.00

Within three weeks of a completion of a meet, you will be billed for the athlete surcharge, individual entry fees, and the adminstrative fee for each of your athletes who attended the meet.  You will not be billed for any relays your swimmer participates in.
