Scheduling Instructions

To start, each swimmer will be asked to register for no more than 3 visits a week. Up to three people from a single household can swim in one lane simultaneously. Once we get into a groove and are able to see how this process is working, we hope to offer more time slots for our patrons. Please be patient as we make this transition. Please do not bring anyone who is not actively participating in swimming to the pool with you for your visit. 

Our scheduling system is set up such that members and visitors can reserve time in advance and change or cancel if necessary. We ask that all our swimmers pay close attention to their schedule and cancel as far in advance as possible when the need arises. 

**Please note, you do not need to create a calendly account to use our scheduler. If you create an account, you will receive emails directly from Calendly that are not related to our scheduling specifcially.**

2. Click on the event you would like to schedule 

• Lap Swim (30 minute, and 60 minute) 
• 8:30 AM Aquacise 
• 10:30 AM Aquacise
• Aquacise with Lenny

​3. Click on the day you would like to schedule​

4. Select a time 

5. Hit the blue "Confirm" button

6. Fill in your first and last name

7. Fill in your email address

8. Agree to our rules 

9. Confirm that you are not exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19. Swimmers with any symptoms will not be permitted entry into the facility. 

10. Schedule Event

You will receive a confirmation of your sign up in your email address. If you would like to later cancel, you can use the confirmation email link to do so. We ask that you make any changes to your reservation 24 hours in advance.
