If you would like to get action shots of your swimmer, please email Margie Strickland at [email protected] prior to the meet, and she will take photos of your swimmer, post them in the private FAST gallery and send you a link so you can review. Due to the storms moving through the area at this time, we are going to cancel the practices at Camp Friendship for Tuesday, June 21st. We are still planning on holding practice at Health Nutz for the older swimmers.

Below is the list of events that were submitted for the swimmers for tomorrow night's meet against ACAC. They are listed alphabetically by gender. Heat sheets will be available tomorrow night so you will know which in which heat and lane your swimmer will most likely be swimming Girls Entries Boys Entries.

We are watching the weather carefully and we will make the decision on the CF practice at 5:30. It will be emailed and put it out on the website. Please watch email and the web site for the announcement.

Just wanted to let you know the Camp Out is still on for tonight.

We will have the regular evening practices this Friday at Camp Friendship as well as the Camp Out. Families participating in both, are welcome to bring their tent/gear etc... over to Broken Island beginning at 4:00 PM. There will be NO Late night practice at Health Nutz for the older kids however. Well, we have our first meet under the belt and what a great job our swimmers did! We saw some awesome performances by veteran swimmers and first timers alike! Congratulations to all our swimmers. Swimming in a long course 50 meter pool for your first meet can be a little daunting! Congratulate your swimmer and please tell them we are all proud of them!
