Swim-A-Thon Info The Swim-A-Thon will take place on Saturday, March 10th at the Juanita Aquatic Center. We do not have normal practice on this day. We currently have an open order with our local vendor Sylvia’s Swimwear. This is your chance to order team suits, shirts, sweatshirts, warm-ups, backpack, personalized caps, and practice training gear. The coaches would like all swimmers to look like part of the team, so be sure to check this out! Due to the meet and staffing issues, the Achieve practice for Sunday, February 26 will be moved to the Juanita Aquatic Center. No change to the practice time; practice will run as normal from 4:30-6:00pm. Only the location is changed.

There are recaps of the January meets, some of our coaches wrote some nice articles highlighting some of the swimmers performances in the past few meets, and a couple other goodies that the coaches would really like you to read. The Wave Booster Board agreed to move the date of the Swim-A-Thon to March 10.  There were several reasons for this:   ·         There is a district diving meet Saturday, February 11 at Juanita that will start at 9am.  To have time for swimming and fun (costumes! prizes!) we need more than 2 hours. ·         The extra time allows swimmers and families more time to collect pledges and donations, based on some feedback from families. ·         More time to procure prizes for swimmers - the deadline for...
