Meet Results are in! here are our results for the 2023 Friday Night 50's
Big thank you to all teams that attended as well as our Parent committee and volunteers for all the help!
The heat sheets, entry list, session report, and warm-up assignments are posted below. Reminder coaches, that we have a brief coaches meet from 5-5:10 where we will talk about breaks between each set of events (fly, back, ect.) There will be no separate warm down pool.
Our parent comittee will have a food service with limited drink and snack items. PLEASE SUPPORT THEM!
Warm-ups are as follows: 4-4:30 GBY Lane 1-6, SHEB Lanes 7&8. 4:30-5:00 FCY Lanes 1-6, MMY Lanes 7&8.
Coaches meeting 5:00
Meet Start is at 5:10 pm with our breaks we hope to have the meet completed by 7:30-7:45 pm.
