Who we have signed up for 2nd camp.

Need to get USA registration sent in and all non-athletes members ships and backgrounds done.

Who all the coaches are and the schedule for the coaches along with wages.

Online registration for parents and automatic payment for all swimmers.  First payment to be paid up front along with USA fee.

Will meet again to finish USA registration form on Thursday, November 4th 2021

-Coaches applications

-Pay for coaches

-Disciplinary Action forms for coaches

-Pricing for insurance for club

December 6, 2021

-Insurance through Day insurance

-New time card app for all coaches to use

-Emergency action plan in progress 

-Deadline for coaches to get WI swimming safety done is December 20th

-Nailed down starting wages for coaches 

-Registration paperwork ready for 1st session

-Applications and code of ethics signed and filled out by Friday December 10th for all coaches

-Online payment start February 1st

-Session ends first week of March 2022

-Mock meet is December 20th
