Swim can be a very unique and rewarding sport, but it does not always come easily and FAST would like to make learning about our sport easier for parents and athletes. Below are some resources to help but you can also email [email protected] to set up a time to meet with a coach or board member if you have any specific questions or concerns.

Swim Library
FAST has a collection of books of swimming related books that focus on mental health, good mentalities,how to make the most our of practices, and stories of Olympians. All books are pre-read by Coach Olivia and are available to check out in the pool office.
