• Tuesday/Thursday Copper Practices - Red Cross Learn to Swim Sea Snake Group Swim Lessons  

• The Sea Snakes coaching staff is excited to offer swim lessons to those who may not quite meet the requirements for our competitive groups, but still want to be part of our summer team experience.  As soon as a swimmers is ready and gains coach approval, they may participate in all meets in the appropriate events. The group lessons will be held Tuesday and Thursday 9-10am for eight 30-minute lessons.  There will be two sessions for the summer, May 28-June 20 and June 27-July 25, each session will cost $100.  The group offerings are as follows:

• Level 4 (all ages) 9:00 - 9:30 am           

• Level 3 (ages 11 and up) 9:00-9:30 am          

• Level 3 (age 10 and under) 9:30 - 10:00 am   

• Level 2 (all ages) 9:30 - 10:00 am​ 

- 1-2 times a week, Weeknights and/or weekends, including home meets at SUWC and away meets

• - Meets last about 4 hours total, including set up, warm up, and clean up

• - Swimmers will need to "opt-in" or RSVP for each meet they can attend, and family members will need to secure a volunteer slot on the "Meets and Events" page

• - Coaches will chose events and relays for the swimmers who have opted-in. If swimmers have goals or suggestions, they may talk with their coach about it beforehand.

- Each family is required to provide one volunteer (timer/set up/concessions/official etc.) at each meet in order for their swimmer to participate in that meet

  - Swimmers do not have to attend every meet, but the more the better!

  - Qualifying times must be reached in at least one event in regular season meets in order to participate in the last week of practice and attend the All-Star League Championship
