The Board of Directors has approved an updated policy for the Outstanding Athlete Awards and a new policy for the Sportsmanship Awards. OUTSTANDING MALE AND FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE YEAR Nominations for Outstanding Male and Female Athlete of the Year shall be collected prior to the conclusion of the WYSI Short Course Championship Meet from WYSI athletes aged 13 or older and WYSI coaches. A reminder from the Board of Directors Please remember to enter ALL of your High School swimmers currently qualified for the WYSI Winter Championships with your other team athletes. The only late entries that will be accepted (after Feb 19th) will be first-time qualifiers from HS State and they must be registered with WYSI at the time of the swim.
