2024-2025 Havasu Stingrays Swim Team Fee Structure:

Swimmers will be placed in groups based on the decision of the coach.

Notice: Families are encouraged to sign up for auto bill pay when registering for Havasu Stingrays Swim Team, either Credit Card or ACH Bank draft.

Annual USA Swimming Registration: $82 per swimmer paid directly to USASwimming.org {Non-refundable}

Annual HSST TEAM Registration Fee: {Non-refundable}

• $125 for first swimmer
• $100 for second swimmer
• $75 for third swimmer
• $50 for fourth swimmer
• $0 for fifth or more swimmers.      

The Annual HSST team Registration Fee will be pro-rated for all swimmers joining after June 1 of that fiscal year.

Monthly Dues:

• HSST monthly dues are a flat rate fee/ per month regardless of how many days per month that your child swam. Monthly dues are to be paid by the 5^th day of each month. If not paid by the 5^th day of the month, a late fee of $10 per swimmer will be due with payment. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, the swimmer will not be allowed to continue to participate in the program until payment is made. Any checks returned to HSST for non-sufficient funds will be subject to a $20.00 handling fee.

• Each swimmer is responsible for his/her swim meet entry fees. Fees will include a $25 surcharge for out of town meets. Monthly dues must be current for the swimmer to be entered in the meet. All forms and deadline information will be posted on the team web site and will also be sent via email.

*Multi-athlete family discount: The first athlete will be full price. Each additional athlete will receive a $10 discount per month.

Hold fee: A swimmer that needs to be placed on hold will give a two week notice to the Head coach, membership director and treasurer(e.g., high school sports, vacation) and will pay $50 per month regardless of swimmer level and any outstanding balance upon returning to HSST.  If a swimmer suspends from the swim team, they will need to re-register at $125.
