Media Release- Opt out

 

 

The Havasu Stingrays Swim team will submit results from swim meets and other team-related activities to the media for coverage. Individual names, timesa nd photos wil be published.

 

I dont not want my child  _____________________________, To have his/her name, meet results or photo appear in the media or marketing materials used to promote the team.

Local newspapers and magazines often cover competitive meets and other events. HSST has no control over photos that are taken by these outside members of hte the community, and willnot be held responsible for any publication by these individauls or other spectators at public events.
