Havasu Stingrays Locker Room Violation Policy
 
Step 1: Warning
The first occurrence of a locker room violation will result in a verbal warning to the athlete, explaining the nature of the violation and the expected behavior moving forward.
 
Step 2: Written Notice to Parents
A written letter will be sent to the athlete's parents upon the second violation, outlining the specific issue. This will also include:
A one-week suspension from locker room use.
Expectations for future behavior and the importance of maintaining a respectful environment.
 
Step 3: Third Occurrence Consequences
On the third violation, the athlete will receive an additional written notice to parents and:
A two-week suspension from locker room usage.
A mandatory meeting will be held with the coaching staff and the athlete’s parents to discuss the situation and potential solutions.
 
Step 4: Permanent Ban
If a fourth violation occurs, the athlete will face a permanent ban on locker room usage during team events. A final letter will be issued to the parents, containing:
A summary of the violations.
Procedures for re-evaluating the ban should the athlete demonstrate significant behavioral improvement.
