2021 Winter Junior Nationals Recap Jamie Brennan This was Jamie's second Junior Nationals. Her first was just before COVID hit, and came down with a nasty flu while we were in Seattle. Here we are 1.5 years later, and trying to get ourselves set up for some fast racing. She was under the weather for KP, but bounced back and had some gutsy efforts in Texas. Jamie has National Cuts and International Team Trials Cuts. Pretty impressive stuff for this young lady. I am looking forward to the next few...

Even with all that and a 3.5 month shut down, we walked away with a combined 2857.5 points, earning Second Place Overall. Beach Cities Swimming came into Utah like...

2020 Spring Sectionals This was a good meet, all wrapped up in a bunch of life lessons. We came into this meet bruised and limping a bit having come off of the flu. (now that I am re-reading this a month later, maybe it wasn't the flu) Many kids had been out of the water/school for 5+ days in the couple weeks leading up to the meet. We did manage to rally and pull out some nice swims in spite of it all. We had our largest group ever assembled...
