Monthly Fees
A, The city group fees
- through your activenet city account (you will need to create a city account, collected by the city of Fontana)
- make sure to check correct group and month dates (any difference will be charged through TU)
- non resident fee will be applied to all families not living in Fontana, this is a city policy and this goes directly to the city not our team ($15 per swimmer each month)
- late fee $25 will be charged through TU if monthly city fees are not paid by the 5th of the month
- the city will close the current month fees on the 25th of each month, all accounts not paid will be charged through TU on the 26th of the month
B) FAC Team Commitment Fee
- $55 regardless of group (adjusted for families with Family rate, 3+ swimmers active on the team)
- will be charged through TU account on the 1st of each month
- will be charged from the month of joining to the last month of the season or last month of swimmer team membership
- will be charged during the Leave Of Absence (account freeze) but will not be charged during Medical Leave Of Absence (official medical report must be submitted, no retroactive fees will be covered, must be submitted to [email protected])
- is not prorated
ANNUAL REGISTRATION 2025-2026
$110 (the website will be showing $137.50 because it includes first month's team commitment fee of $27.50-prorated for August)
- due at registration and every year in August
- First month Team commitment fee charged with registration, $55 (prorated in August, 50%)
RETURNING SWIMMERS can select apparel that they would like to purchase at registration, this year there will be no mandatory apparel, if you have both shirts and hoodie in a good condition and a cap you don't have to add any apparel, you are responsible for having your required apparel
NEW SWIMMERS mandatory apparel must be selected with registration: 1 cap, 2 team t-shirts (black and royal blue) and team hoodie

REFUNDS: No monthly group fees refunds will be made by FAC.
LEAVE OF ABSENCE (account freeze): Swimmers/ Parents can request leave of absence at any point during the season. Leave of absence can be minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3 months and can only be processed once per season. There is a $25 fee associated with Leave of absence. During this time the swimmer remains on the roster but is not responsible for monthly group fees. You must request leave of absence officially though an email sent to the Head Coach by the 15th day of the month of your intent to drop enrollment for the following month. Failure to do so will result in an additional month of billing. Should you remain on leave of absence longer than 3 months, your account will be deactivated and upon return you will be responsible for additional $100 to re-activate your account.
MEDICAL LEAVE OF ABSENCE: Swimmers/Parents are responsible for notifying the head coach and their coach as soon as medical leave of absence is necessary. Official medical documents might be requested. Swimmer remains on the roster until able to return or until the end of the current season whichever comes first and is not responsible for monthly group fees.
FAMILY DISCOUNT: Families with three or more children actively participating are eligible for the monthly Family Rate.
MEET ATTENDANCE: Monthly meet attendance is expected for FAC swimmers in competitive practice squads. Your coaches will make an effort to designate which meets on the schedule are the most appropriate for each squad.
TEAM COMMUNICATIONS: Our goal is to update the website frequently, as well as send out team news and announcements through Weekly Updates or as soon as information becomes available. Be sure to provide a valid email address and cell phone number for each family member who would like to receive team news via email and text message.
VOLUNTEERING: Every swimmer benefits from the revenue that is generated during the swim meets that our team hosts, so every family is expected to volunteer. Please refer to the Team Service Requirements for further details.
FUNDRAISING: Fundraising is an integral aspect of ensuring the longevity of our swim club and our ability to provide swimmers with new equipment, technology use during practices. Please remember to do your part whenever given the opportunity.
