Long Term Athlete Development Stage: Train to Train -Level 4
Prerequisites:
- Assessment by Coaching Staff (LTAD, attitude, attendance, ability)
- Maintain minimum of 70% attendance (Dryland included)
- Follows code of conduct
Group Goals: Continue to build a passion and love for the sport of swimming and continued pursuit of technical development.
Swimmers will begin to narrow event selection to focus on their primary strokes and/or racing distance.
