P2P and municipal Recreation departments aim to deliver a strategic approach to providing affordable access to recreation, cultural and artistic programming to Windsor-Essex residents living in low-income households. Sports leagues, non-profit organizations, recreation and cultural service providers may offer subsidized programs through the 90% Recreation Discount.
