Notes:

All WAC swimmers are asked to wear WAC swim caps to all training sessions. Friday afternoon training sessions, (or your last practice for the week) swimmers may wear their choice of cap.

Fins: Arena powerfin pro preferred

SD swimmers:  Kickboard:  Finis alignment kickboard (found at Ly Sports or on Amazon)

Prov swimmers:   Resistant bands:  straight & looped

Swim Suits

• Practice suits are used during workouts. They are created with stronger material for durability. Some may create extra drag to make the workout more challenging
• Competition suits are used during meets. There are a number of brands and styles, depending on a swimmers preference
