February 9-14

• New Spring Practice Schedule.....we will be changing the Blue Group's Monday thru Thursday practice times beginning February 23.  Not a big change, just want to get the kids home a little earlier.
• White and Blue Group Workouts.....for those over-achieving swimmers who will be out of town during a vacation or any break, I have posted several workouts on our website.

• We will post warm up times, timeline, and heat sheets as soon as we receive
• Swimmers qualifying for a new State Time will need to email [email protected] by midnight on Sunday, January 15

• February 21
• Regis Jesuit High School
• Entry Deadline is February 11
• This meet is for swimmers who are close to Silver State and State Qualification Times.  Please check with Coach Chris if you have questions.  State swimmers who have the max number of qualifications times should not do this meet (rest is best).
  • Swimmers qualifying for a new State time will need to let Coach Chris know during the meet (we will have a sign up sheet posted).  We need to send new State entries to Colorado Swimming immediately following the meet.
  • Swimmers qualifying for a new Silver State time will need to email [email protected] by midnight on February 21.

• Arvada Aquatics Center
• Entry Deadline February 12​
  • ​Our deadline to turn in our team entries to Colorado Swimming is Monday, February 16.....this gives us time to double check entries.  Please know, CSI is very strict and won't let us add entries after February 16, except for new State times at the DSA Last Chance Meet (no exceptions)
• ​State Qualification Times
  • Use the SCY (short course yards) column.  We will use the LCM (long course meters) column from April to July.
  • Swimmers may enter up to five (5) individual events per day, but must scratch down to and swim a maximum of three (3) individual events per day, a maximum of 7 total events for the meet.  Swimmers must pay for all events entered no refunds for changes or scratched events.
  • Best advice is to enter all events qualified, then scratch down when the psych sheet is posted (look at where you are ranked)

• University of Denver
• Entry Deadline February 19

Mighty Mini Meet

• March 14
• Heritage High School
• Always my favorite meet.....who doesn't want to hang out with a bunch of 8 & Unders on a Saturday morning?  And, our 8 & Unders are awesome!!!  It's a great way to finish the short course season.
• Entry Deadline - we don't have one yet.  To be honest, we generally don't get the information until a few weeks before the meet.

  • 11:15 to 12:15pm or 12:30 to 1:30pm (two clinics)
