Blue and Silver (9 to 13)

Blue Group

Swimmers will continue to follow our team philosophy of improved technique with all four strokes (again, the IM mindset).  Athletes, 9 to 12, will be challenged with a variety of stroke drills to improve balance, body position, core strength, and stroke efficiency (learning to use our entire body to help us become longer and stronger).  Conditioning sets with interval training takes on an important role.

Our goal is for swimmers is to understand the value of good technique and a strong work ethic (practicing the "right way").  With these two objectives, we can improve our short term growth, but more importantly, maximize our long term success.
